Registration is open for the OCCA golf tournament.
The Richmond Hill Golf Club, where we host the tournament every year, is a premium golf course and banquet facility. We have negotiated a discounted price consistent with last year: $140 per person for golf and dinner and $50 for dinner only. Rental clubs will be available for participants for an additional fee of $25 if required. We have also organized barbecue lunch before the start of the tournament which is available at an additional cost of $10 payable on the day. The golf club will also organize tips on the driving range prior to the start of the tournament, great for beginners (like most of us on the OCCA executive!) to get clued in.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific players in teams. Although, as in previous years, stacked teams will be handicapped.
We are hoping to start registration at 11:30am and for a shot gun kick-off at 1pm, although we will confirm the exact format and timing of the day once we have received all registrations. Please use the attached form to register for the tournament. Registrations must be received by Monday, July 25, 2016. Please note that this deadline has been imposed by the golf course in order to determine the format of play. To ensure your spot in the tournament, please register early!
The form can be filled by one or many members of the same company. We will gather all the registrations on our end and send the final invoice to the companies closer to the event.
